§Each session is registered independently. NO TEAM should automatically assume to be registered in the next session. REGISTER EARLY!

If you have a pre-existing Player membership card:

Players that already have a card will still need to fill out a waiver form stating all the teams they will play on during the session. The Plex will then roster the player on these teams. If you card has expired you will need to purchase a new membership Card.

§Players cannot be rostered on a team that has not placed a deposit.

§Have your players come in on a scheduled date or on their own for their player passes. We strongly recommend that players do not wait until the day of their first game to have a card made. There may be a long wait and players may be delayed from beginning their game, or from playing at all. If you do not have a card issued you will not be allowed to play. If your players do come in on the first game to get their player pass, allow up to 45 minutes before game time to get the pass.
