Overview
Each athlete will be evaluated for functional movements,
power, speed, agility and soccer-specific conditioning. 
Once the athlete completes the program they will be 
re-evaluated to monitor improvements. Each week the
specialist will focus on developing key fundamental 
components of successful soccer performance and 
incorporate these into skill practices with the ball to
create a match-like stimulus for improving performance

10 weeks - 2 DAYS per week

SESSION 3 -  April 10 - June 14th

Advanced Program (24 sessions)
12 weeks - 2 DAYS per week

Geared towards experienced players or players who have completed the Introductory program.

Team or Group Program
Includes training and testing in a group setting. Just team testing programs are available as well.

Great for preseason, during season and out of season training. Allows coaches to understand what performance level their team or group are currently in and what programs can be put into place to help improve each individual. The Next level staff will organize a schedule that will best suit your teams performance needs.

Introductory Program 10 weeks -20 session, 2 days a week $300 per player
Advanced Program  12 weeks - 24 session, 2 days a week $360 per player

Classes are limited to maximum of 10 players and a minimum of 3 players per grouping (excluding Team/group program) Specials Offers
