Tom Lapsley, Owner

Educated in Scotland and England, Tom was the President and co-owner of American Silicones, Inc., the second largest supplier of a specialty silicone polymer in the United States. Today Tom has established a new company called Thistle Group that not only focuses in the Silicone business but also cosmetics and sports recreational facilities and programs. No stranger to the game of soccer, Tom has played professionally in the Scottish Junior Leagues and Lancashire Junior Leagues in England. Since 1981, Tom has played club ball and has coached various teams in Fort Wayne.

Currently he is the co-owner of the Fort Wayne Fever Men's PDL team and W-league team as well as the Fever Youth Academy.
