The Plex South Fall and Winter Indoor leagues are for INTACT Recreational team team registration.  Team representative will register a team and chose the age group and competition level you wish to play.

Depending on session each team will play 8-10 games with a playoff tournament at the end of each session to crown a champion

The Plex Fall and Winter League are designed as an instructional league. As such, the rules are intended to maximize this philosophy while keeping the core of the game intact. Fall and winter League Baseball provides a tremendous opportunity for coaches to have one-on-one skill instruction with the players, and to teach the fundamentals of good sportsmanship and citizenship in a less competitive environment. To these ends, League umpires have been instructed to assume a more active role in instruction on the field. Let’s be certain that coaches and umpires work together to maximize the learning of our young people in this unique program and setting.

FALL SESSION : Starts Aug 28-October 12

DEADLINE: August 21

WINTER 1 SESSION: October 30- January 15
DEADLINE: October 23

WINTER 2 SESSION: January 22 - March 28

Team Cost:

*Fall League:

  • $550 per team
  • Each team will receive 20 free batting cage tokens

*Winter League:

  • $775 per team
  • Each team will receive 20 free batting cage tokens
Each team must provide 3 game balls

*Includes 8 -10 games

*All player must have a vaild waiver and Plex membership card

 Stars Baseball Academy Try-Outs

September 10 & 17

Registration: 3:30pm/ Try-Outs: 4:00-6:00pm

 

Registration Options: Online registration is available

  • Players can sign up as INDIVIDUALS. Individual players will be assigned to a team by school and geographic quadrant locations (based on home address) as much as possible. A coach will be provided by The Plex South for each team.  Players will meet their coach on the first session of the season
  • Full Payment is due at time of Registration. 
  • Signup can also be by an INTACT Recreational team. A coach must be provided by the registering team. All the players and the coach sign up at the same time with a team registration form. A $200 DEPOSIT is due at the time of a team registraion. Remaining Team fee is due by the 1st session date.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • There are no Cancellations after league registration deadline 

    NOTES PERTAINING TO BOTH RECREATIONAL & TRAVEL TEAMS
  • Must have at least 4 teams to form a division
  • Players provide their own glove, all teams that register for a league must provide 3 game balls.
    NO Metal Cleats are allowed.
    All teams must have Uniforms with numbers on the back
  • There will be Baseballs and Equipment for check out to teams (bats, helmets, catcher gear) Players need to bring their own glove
