Targeted to all Fort Wayne junior players, ages 10-18. The Plex offers focused and professional instruction, delivered by our outstanding coaching staff. We offer every player a fun, challenging environment in which to develop at their own pace.

This will allow you to organize your own group (i.e. players from the same team ) to work together with a Plex instructor once or twice a week learning the essentials of the game. The group training offers a technically challenging environment focusing on creating well -rounded position players, providing skills development, soccer specific speed, agility, and strength training, tactical know how, and small sided match - play experience.

Mitchell Haifley

Career Highlights:

 A Fort Wayne native, Mitchell Haifley has been part of the soccer community his whole life. Growing up, Haifley was part of several youth soccer leagues in the Fort Wayne area. At the young age of 14, he had the opportunity to travel over-seas and play in Germany for his club team. While attending Homestead High School, Haifley was fortunate enough to play for the Fort Wayne Fever Academy. From the Academy, Haifley was able to play collegiate soccer at the Division I level at IPFW. After graduating, he has been a key component in structing The Plex Soccer School and has been the Director as well as a Coach for several seasons. Haifley holds his USSF National D Coaching License.

Jamar Beasley

Career Highlights:

Also a Fort Wayne Native, Beasley has experienced various levels of the communities’ youth programs. After graduating from South Side High School, Beasley began his professional career in 1998. In fact, at the time he was the youngest player to sign with the MLS. After playing with the Kansas City Wizards, Beasley appeared on the U20 National team and is currently playing with the US Futsal team. With his passion and understanding of the game, Beasley enjoys giving back to the community and youth players where he will be able to use his professional experiences to better coach and educate players.
