If you sign up as a team you must supply your own Jerseys/T-Shirts. They all must be the same color, but only the 12-14 age division is required to have numbers (for Stats Tracking).

Adult Teams & 12-14 Youth: Five-on-Five
Youth Teams (6-8 & 9-11): Six-on-Six

| All Players must have a valid Plex membership player card to play. ($10 yearly fee) |
| Last Play date is each session will be playoffs (i.e. 10 week session - 9 league games plus playoffs) |
| All players that sign up individually will be placed in the Plex Developmental Football League |
| There is a $200 deposit per team to hold a spot in a division (NO REFUNDS AFTER DEADLINE) |
| The league will accept registrations on, before or after deadline or until the league is Full. Some leagues do get full before the deadline. |
| Stats Program: There is NOT stat tracking done by The Plex for the Youth games. However, if teams would like to keep their own stats, they may turn them in to The Plex and the stats will be posted on the Plex website. The Plex has replaced the youth statistician with an additional referee. |
