Ages 4-5
The Flag Football Developmental Program is aimed at introducing the game of football to players ages 4-5. This is a mandatory parent participation program.  The Plex understands that at this age some children are reluctant to participate. We believe that with the help of a parent or guardian, the child will get the necessary attention to develop the basics of the game.

Ages 6-14
The Plex DFL is a developmental flag football program designed for children ages 6-14.  The program will offer players a chance to learn the game of flag football and excel in all aspects of the sport.  The D.F.L. offers an atmosphere that will foster player self confidence, develop high self-esteem and build strong character.
 

-Players will receive one practice and one game per week.

-All practices and games will be under the direction of a qualified, professional coaching staff.

-No Parent/Volunteer Coaches.

*All Participants must purchase a $10 Plex Membership (good for one year).
