Mission Statement
Fort Wayne Flag Football Corp., a not for profit entity, is dedicated to providing flag football to the youth of Fort Wayne, Indiana as a vehicle for the promotion of:

§ Leadership
§ Personal Responsibility
Through the efforts of the Board of Directors, sponsors, volunteer coaches and parents, and referees, we strive to be the embodiment of all of the above and will display the characteristics of positive role models to help shape the future of the youth of our community.
Our goal is to provide those interested in learning about and playing flag football with a safe and encouraging environment in which to practice and play the game. In an effort to include all interested youth, we will strive to:
§ Promote positive reinforcement of the principles of positive teamwork and sportsmanship and will work to ensure that all participants receive the opportunity to be a part of a team and to share in the team’s successes.
§ Offer scholarships for those who could not otherwise participate because of diminished financial means.
We wish to empower our youth with self esteem and self worth and at the same time show them that by becoming involved in the community around us can have positive outcomes and build stronger members and a stronger community.
