While using the outdoor fields at the Plex, the following rules & procedures will apply:

1.  No smoking on the fields.  All smoking must be done in designated areas or in the parking lot.

2.  Please pick up your own trash and place it in the trash bins located around each field.

3.  NO ANIMALS allowed in the FWFFC / NFL Flag Football field area.  (Only service animals for the disabled will be allowed.)

4.  NO alcohol allowed on the property.

5.  No offensive or foul language.  REMEMBER:  We are in the presence of children and they see & hear EVERYTHING we do!

6.  Outside coolers are not allowed.  Full concessions will be offered during all games. (This does exclude children’s water bottles that they need to bring during their games)

7.  No vehicles are allowed on or next to the fields - parking in designated parking lots / areas only.  Also, any car left on the Plex parking lot after hours will be locked into the complex.  The complex is locked every night & is not reopened until morning.

8.  In case of inclement weather:  an AIR HORN will sound when dangerous weather has been announced.  Fields MUST be cleared & all players, coaches & spectators MUST go to their cars. 

9.  Field assignments:  you may find these either on the website www.plexsports.com  or will also be posted on a bulletin board located near the entrance of the NFL Flag football field.

10.  All field closings will be communicated on the website www.plexsports.com
