The Plex offers leagues for adult teams at the The Plex North. The games are five-on-five, with a maximum of 12 players on the roster.

Adult flag football leagues are divided up into three divisions: Men’s A (competitive), Men’s B (intermediate) and Men’s C (recreational). The primary day for activity for all adult flag football leagues is Sunday, with occasional matches on Monday, Wednesday or Saturday.

• All teams must provide their own jerseys and all players on those teams must have matching jerseys with numbers.
• All league rosters will be frozen after the team’s third game. It is the team representative’s responsibility to get all players' names on the roster.
• All players must have a valid Plex membership card to play.
• All players must sign an annual waiver.
• Playoffs are the last week of each session.
• All players who sign up individually will be placed on a house team.
• No cleats are allowed on the indoor turf.
• A $200 deposit is due at the time of registration, and the remaining balance is due by the first game.

Making the perfect schedule for 40+ teams is always a challenge.  Divisions must be finalized, schedule requests accumulated, field usage managed and proactive communication with YOU, our customer, must all take place.  This all occurs prior to generating a schedule.  Needless to say, this takes tremendous time, effort and energy. We make a continuous effort to improve on the process. With this in mind, we would like to communicate our scheduling policies to help the process work to better serve you. 

League Schedule:

There will be no more designated times per division. Upon registration, teams may communicate a schedule request and the director will work with the scheduler to try and accommodate it. HOWEVER, there are NO GUARANTEES.  Please prepare your team early on that there could be late night games, etc. For example, a team playing in a Sunday league should be prepared to play between 1pm and 11pm. We will let you know well in advance what DAY a league will plan on…but times are absolutely not guaranteed.  Again you can request times, but if you don’t get a schedule perfect for you, it will not be changed. We want to be fair to each team while also maintaining the level of competition. Plus, if every team in the division takes one of those late games, it means fewer for everyone. Team work! 

Starting Fall 2023

To progress the integrity of our Flag Football league and provide strong competitive games for all customers, we would like you to be aware of the following important guidelines:

• We kindly ask teams to refrain from registering if you know your team will not be able to show up for multiple games due to external conflicts. We hope to see you at a future session! We never want another team to show up and not have a game as expected.
  
  Of course, we understand things sometimes happen at the last minute. If you find out your team will not be available for a particular game, please notify us ASAP so alternate arrangements can be made for the opposing team.

TEAM/INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATIONS

• All team and individual registrations must be submitted by the close of the posted registration deadline date. Sorry, we will no longer be able to add teams after the close of registration without special circumstances.

PAYMENTS

• Individual payments towards a team fee will be accepted UP TO the first day of play. If players on a team want to pay their portion to The Plex, they may do so via an online link provided by the team rep, in person (cash/credit card) or by phone with a credit card.
• Any remaining balance due must be paid in total on the first day of play. We will accept one “lump sum” payment by cash, check or credit card.
• If you have a sponsor and will be submitting a check from them, please let our FF Director know ahead of the start of the session (Benm@plexsports.com).
